After five years of successful private catering and community events, Jake Scott and Porter Koury's catering business, The Luaghing Pig, gained considerable acclaim, inspiring the creation of a brick and mortar, Sitti's Table in May 2022. Drawing inspiration from their passion for diverse culinary techniques rooted in French tradition, the duo aspired to bring a lively rendition of their grandmother's table to the community.
Initially starting with just two tables and a modest display refrigerator, featuring convenient grab-and-go options, Sitti's Table rapidly earned a devoted local following. Over time, the market area expanded to encompass an eclectic array of offerings, including pastas, sauces, herbs, wine, and gifts. Today, the restaurant has evolved to serve breakfast and lunch while proudly presenting an extensive coffee menu. The name "Sitti," translating to "grandmother" in Lebanese, symbolizes the heartfelt dedication to preserving the charm of innovative recipes. Sitti's Table stands as a testament to its commitment to not only preparing exceptional food but also fostering an atmosphere of joy and fellowship among its patrons.
